30 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY EZ Up Pools, Inc. warrants its soft sided pools to be free from defects in workmanship, craftsmanship, quality, and material (ripping & tearing) for the following period of time: From the date of consumer purchase, EZ Up Pools, Inc. will ship either to the authorized dealer or the consumer’s location. A replacement Legacy, Malibu or Laguna Pool liner as follows. Year 1-5 : 100% ● Year 6-10 : 50% ● Year 11-20 : 25% ● Year 21-30 : 10% A replacement Legacy, Malibu or Laguna Pool related hard parts as follows. Year 1-5 : 100% ● Year 6-10 : 50% ● Year 11-15 : 25% Warranty Procedure : Customer is to prepare the following items: 1) Take several pictures of the area of the pool you believe to be defective. 2) Make a copy of your receipt. 3) On a blank sheet of paper, write your name, address, telephone number, and a brief description of the defect. 4) Include your pool’s serial number, which can be found in one of the following two places: 1) On the outer pool box that contained the liner, b) On the inside of the Velcro liner flap. 5) Customer is to take the above mentioned paperwork (pictures, receipt and paper containing the serial number, description of the defect, and the customer’s information) to the authorized dealer where the pool was purchased or EZ Up Pools, Inc.
Within 30 days from receipt of customer’s warranty paperwork, the authorized dealer or the customer will receive the replacement. Before the authorized dealer or EZ Up Pools, Inc. can release the replacement, the customer must provide the original pool for exchange (including all related hard-parts and liner), as well as pay the dealer any money owed if under 3/Prorated % period. In no event shall EZ Up Pools, Inc. be liable to the authorized dealers or customers for incidental and/or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply. This warranty does not apply to any Legacy, Malibu, or Laguna Pool (including all related hard-parts and liner), which has been subjected to negligence, alteration, accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, vandalism, civil disturbances, or acts of God. The only warranties authorized by EZ Up Pools, Inc. are those set forth herein. EZ Up Pools, Inc. does not authorize other persons to extend any warranties with respect to its products, nor will EZ Up Pools, Inc. assume liability for any unauthorized warranties made in connection with the sale of its products. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE
